www.shtepi-pushimi.al dhe www.albaniaholidayhomes.com, ne vijim "faqet" jane prone e kompanis TravelNet Sh.p.k., ne vijim "ne".
Nese Ju, ne vijim “perdoruesi” rezervoni nje akomodim nepermjet faqeve tona, Ju po kontraktoni me pronarin e akomodimit ose agjentin imobiliar qe administron kete akomodim, ne vijim “akomoduesi”.
Nese Ju do te rezervoni nje akomodim nepermjet faqeve tona atehere Ju keni lexuar dhe pranuar keto Terma e Kushte Rezervimi.
Nese Ju nuk jeni plotesisht dakort me keto terma e kushte perdorimi ju nuk mund dhe nuk duhet te perdorni faqet tona.
1 – Rezervimi
Per te bere rezervimin me pare duhet te shikoni disponibilitetin e akomodimit duke plotesuar e derguar formen Shiko Disponibilitetin & Cmimin.
Brenda 24 oreve Ju do te merni konfirmimin e disponibilitetit se bashku me informacionin ne lidhje me cmimin dhe format e pagesave nese nevojitet nje kapar rezervimi.
Per te prenotuar kete akomdim Ju duhet te klikoni PRENOTO.
Per te konfirmuar rezervimin mund te nevojitet nje kapar rezervimi te cilin duhet ta dergoni brenda afatit te percaktuar nga akomoduesi.
Menjehere pas marjes se Prenotimit dhe kaparit te rezervimit (nese nevojitet nje kapar), akomoduesi do te dergojme konfirmimin e rezervimit sebashku me Vaucherin/Kuponin e rezervimit, te cilet perbejne kontraten me akomoduesin.
Mos dergimi i kaparit te rezervimit brenda afatit te percaktuar nga akomoduesi mund te shkaktoj kancelimin e rezervimit tuaj.
2 – Menyrat e kryerjes se pagesave
Me pagesa on-line MoneyBookers, Ju mund te paguani me kart krediti/debiti ose nga llogaria Juaj bankare nepermjet linkut te sigurt te pagesave on-line MoneyBookers nese akomoduesi ka nje llogari te ne kete sherbim.
Per me teper informacione ne lidhje me kete link informohuni ne website-in e MoneyBookers www.moneybookers.com.
Transferta Bnakare ne llogarine bankare te akomoduesit e cila do t’jepet sipas rastit nga akomoduesi.
Transferta cash, (nese behet fjale per nje shume jo me te madhe se 101euro), Ju mund ti dergoni pagesat nepermjet sherbimit te transfertave si WestrenUnion, MoneyGram ose Postes Shqiptare.
Sigurohuni ti dergoni akomoduesit numrin e transfertes me email.
Klienti duhet te paguaj te gjitha tarifat e transaksioneve bankare, pra akomoduesi duhet te mare shumen e sakte per te cilen eshte rene dakort.
Cash. Ju mund te paguani cash ne akomodim nese nuk nevojitet nje kapar rezervimi.
Kujdes: TravelNet Sh.p.k. nuk kerkon ne asnje raste te beni pagesa direkte me karten e kreditit ose te jepni te dhenat e kartes tuaj te kreditit dhe nuk garanton ne asnje menyre ose forme mbrojtjen e kartes se kreditit nga perdorimi i pautorizuar.
Ne Ju keshillojme te mos beni pagesa direkte me karten tuaj te kreditit dhe te mos jepni informacion te kartes tuaj te kreditit akomoduesve, por te perdorni sherbimin e pagesave te sigurta online si Moneybookers ose PayPal per te bere pagesa me karte krediti.
3 – Tarifa e rezervimit
Shtepi-Pushimi.al nuk aplikon tarifa rezervimi.
4 – Cmimet dhe taksat
Te gjitha cmimet e publikuara jane ne Euro dhe ne to perfshihen te gjitha taksat qe aplikohen ne sistemin e taksave te Republikes se Shqiperise. Akomoduesi rezervon te drejten te ndryshoj cmimet e publikuara perpara se Ju te kryeni nje rezervim. Nese cmimi I nje akomodimi ndryshon, atehere Ju do te informoheni perpara se te kryeni nje rezervim ne kete akomodim.
5 – Ndryshimet ne nje rezervim
Nese Ju deshironi te ndryshoni nje rezervim, no do te perpiqemi te bejme ate ndryshim, nese eshte e mundur.
Nese Ju deshironi te ndryshoni nje rezervim, Ju dueht te kontaktoni me akomoduesin per te bere ate ndryshim, nese eshte e mundur.
Nese Ju kerkoni te ndryshoni akomodimin ose destinacionin, kjo do te konsiderohet kancelim dhe ne kete raste do te trajtohet sipas paragrafit 6.
Pra Ju mund te kerkoni ndryshime per rezervimin vetem brenda te njejtit akomodim.
6 - Kancelimet
Kancelimet mund te behen vetem me shkrim (fax,email) nga personi qe ka bere rezervimin direkt tek akomoduesi.
Ne raste se nje pushues qe ka rezeruar nje akomodim nuk paraqitet ne kete akomodim deri ne oren 22:00 te dites se pare te rezervimit atehere ku rezervim do te konsiderohet i kanceluar.
Ne raste kancelimi mbahet 100% e kaparit te rezervimit.
Ne rast se nje akomodues bie dokort tu kthej kaparin e rezervimit atehere kapari do te kthehet personit qe ka bere rezervimin ose ne llogarin e tij bankare.
7 – Kancelimet nga www.shtepi-pushimi.al
Ne raste te rralle, nese www.shtepi-pushimi.al. duhet te kanceloj nje rezervim, atehere ne do t’ju ofrojme alternative te ngjashme me rezervimin e kanceluar, pa ndonje kosto extra.
Nese alternativat qe ne paraqesim nuk jane te kenaqshme per Ju, ne do t’Ju rimbursojme per pagesen e kryer nga Ju per kaparin e rezervimit.
8 – Pergjegjesite
Pershkrimet e paraqitura ne faqen tone jane bere ne mirebesim. Megjithate ne nuk kemi ne pronesi e as menaxhojme akomodimet e ofruara, keshtu qe ne nuk mund te pranojme pergjegjesie per humbje apo demtime qe Ju mund te pesoni ne akomodim, me perjashtim te rasteve kur ato ndodhin per shkak te veprimeve te stafit te kompanise tone.
Informacioni i publikuar ne faqen e cdo akomodimi jepet nga akomoduesi i cili eshte dhe pergjegjes per vertesine dhe saktesin e ketij informacioni. Ne nuk mbajme pergjegjesi per humbje apo sherbime te munguara te cilat shkaktohen si rjedhoje e informacionit te publikuar ne faqet e akomodimit.
Ne rastet e percaktuara ne Kushtet e Garancise se Rezervimit Ju mund te perfitoni rimbursimin e kaparit te rezervimit qe Ju keni paguar per te rezervuar kete akomodim.
Per me teper shko te Kushtet e Garancise.
Ruajtja e sendeve personale me vlere jane nen pergjegjesine tuaj. Pergjegjesia jone per sherbimet e ofruara ose te munguara, ne cdo rast eshte e limituar ne vleren e kaparit te rezervimit te paguar nga pushuesi.
Ne nuk mbajme pergjegjesi per demtime, humbje apo evente te shkaktuara nga fuqite madhore ku si te tilla konsiderohen stuhite, era, reshjet, permbytjet, termetet, uji, zjarri, shkarje dheu, aksidente rrugore, qeveria, lufta, epidemite, katastrofa industrial, nga akte kriminale dhe cdo event tjeter qe nuk mund te kontrrollohet nga ne ose nuk mund te shmanget pamvaresishte perpjekjeve tona te sinqerta.
Gjithashtu, ne nuk mbajme pergjegjesi per vonesa ne transportin drejt dhe nga akomodimi I perzgjedhur.
Ne raste te tilla ne Ju keshillojme te kontaktoni me nje kompani siguracioni.
9 – Ankesa
Ne rastin e rralle, nese keni ankesa ne lidhje me akomodim tuaj, duhet menjehere te komunikoni me akomoduesin dhe te kerkoni nje zgjidhje te problemit. Nese nje zgjidhje e pranueshme nuk arihet me akomoduesin, atehere duhet te komunikoni menjehere me ne, ne numrat qe ndodhen ne Vaucherin/Kuponin qe ne Ju kemi dhene. Ne do perpiqemi t’Ju gjeme nje zgjidhje menjehere.
Nese Ju nuk na informoni per problemin, gjate periudhes qe Ju ndodheni ne akomodim, atehere ne nuk do te kemi mundesi ta zgjidhim problemin pasi Ju te jeni kthyer ne vendbanimin tuaj.
10 – Mberitja dhe largimi nga akomodimi
Ju mund te informoheni ne lidhje me oren e mberitjes dhe largimit nga akomodimi ne kushtet e cdo akomodimi ose duke kontaktuar direk me akomoduesin.
11 – Depozita e garancise (per demtime te mundshme ne akomodim)
Gjate kryerjes se rezervimit nuk kerkohet depozite garancie. Por akomoduesi mund te kerkoj depozite garancie kur Ju te mberini ne akomodim. Ne te gjitha rastet Ju mund te informoheni nese duhet dhe sa eshte depozita e garancise, te kushtet e tarifave te akomodimit, ku eshte percaktuar nese kerkohet dhe sa eshte ajo ne cdo raste.
Perpara largimit nga akomoduesi do te kontrrolloj akomodimin per mungesa apo demtime te mundshme dhe ne raste se dicka mungon apo eshte demtuar, eshte pergjegjesia Juaj te paguani 100% te demit te shkaktuar.
12 – Kujdesi ndaj prones
Ju lutemi ta mbroni dhe te respektoni akomodimin, duke mos e demtuar ate dhe duke mos shqetesuar perdoruesit e tjere te akomodimit. Ju duhet ta dorezoni ate ne gjendjen qe e moret ne dorezim kur mberitet. Akomoduesi do te kontrrolloj akomodimin perpara largimit tuaj dhe nese konstaton demtime atehere ai do kerkoje nga Ju te paguani per demin e shkaktuar. Nese Ju demtoni akomodimin ose shqetesoni pushuesit e tjere, pronari I akomodimit mund te kerkoj te largoheni nga akomodimi. Ne kete raste ne nuk kemi detyrim te gjejme nje akomodim tjeter per Ju ose t’Ju rimbursojme.
13 - Siguracion
Ne I rekomandojme klientet tane te pajisen me siguracionin e tyre personal per cdo raste nga kompanite e siguracioneve.
14 – Numri I personave ne akomodim
Numri I personave qe perdorin akomodimin nuk mund te jete me I madhe se numri I personave qe eshte percaktuar ne rezervim. Pronari I akomodimit ka te drejte te refuzoj perdorimin e akomodimit nese numri I personave qe do perdorin akomodimin eshte me I madhe se numri I personave te percaktuar ne rezervim.
Ne raste se akomoduesi pranon me teper persona se sa eshte percaktuar ne rezervim atehere, Ju do te paguani tarifen perkatese per personat ekstra.
15 – Mbrojtaj e te dhenave personale
I gjithe informacioni qe ka lidhje me te dhenat personale te klientit eshte konfidencial dhe do perdoret vetem ne sherbim te klientit. Ky informacioni i jepet akomoduesit dhe ne nuk mund te garantojme qe akomoduesi nuk do ta ndaj kete informacion dhe me te trete. Per kete arsye ne Ju keshillojme te mos dergoni asnje informacion te cilin Ju nuk doni te mesohet dhe nga te tjere.
Per me teper shko te Privacy Policy.
16 - Kontrata
Keto kushte rezervimi se bashku me termat e kushtet e pergjithshme dhe Vaucherin/Kuponin e rezervimit perbejne nje kontrate te lidhur ndermjet akomoduesit dhe Ju. Kjo kontrate zbatohet konform legjislacionit Shqiptar dhe nen juridiksionit e gjykatave Shqiptare.
Keto Terma e Kushte Rezervimi jane te vlefshme qe prej Shtatorit 2010.
Termat dhe Kushtet e Reklamimit
Reklamimi I nje akomodimi ne faqet tona www.Shtepi-Pushimi.al ose www.albaniaholidayhomes.com , (ne vijim "Faqet") eshte subject I ketyre Kushteve the Termave te Reklamimit (ne vijim "kushtet e reklamimit".
Nese ju reklamoni nje akomodim ne faqet tona atehere Ju keni lexuar dhe jeni dakorte se perdorimi I sherbimeve te kesaj faqe jane objekt I ketyre kushteve te reklamimit, te General Terms and Condition, te Kushteve te Rezervimit dhe te Kushteve te Garancise se Rezervimit (ne vijim "Kushtet").
Ju duhet te lexoni me kujdes kushtet si me poshte, te cilat perbejne nje kontrate te lidhur ligjerishte. Ju po kontraktoni me TravelNet Sh.p.k. (ne vijim "Ne"). Nese Ju nuk jemi dakort me kushtet e meposhtme Ju nuk mund te perdorni keto faqe.
Keto Kushte jane te vlefshme qe prej Shtator 2010.
1. Identiteti i subjektit fizik os juridik qe eshte pronari i akomodimit ose agjenti imobiliar i cili managon kete akomodim (ne vijim akomoduesi).
Sherbimi yne u ofrohet te gjithe atyre akomoduesve qe kane moshen dhe aftesine per te kryer veprimeve juridike personalisht ose nepermjet perfaqesuesve te tyre te ligjshem. Akomoduesi duhet te jete ne gjendje te vertetoj identitetin e tij si dhe pronesine mbi akomodimin qe reklamon ne cdo moment, nese ne e kerkojme ate.
2. Saktesia e informacionit.
Akomoduesi ose perfaqesuesi i tij i cili i jep faqeve informacionin ne lidhje akomodimin qe do te reklamoj, ka pergjegjesine e saktesise dhe vertetesise se ketij informacioni. Informacioni i dhene prej tij duhet te jete i sakte, i vertet dhe i plote. Akomoduesi do te na informoj menjehere ne ne lidhje me ndryshime te mundshme qe mund te ndodhin ne akomodim dhe te cilat prekin informacionin e publikuar ne faqet tona me email contact@shtepi-pushimi.al.
3. Permbajtja, paraqitja dhe kopje te materialit.
3.1 Ne kemi te drejte te percaktoj paraqitjen, pamjen, informacionin e domosdoshem dhe funksionalitetin e faqeve tona.
3.2 Ne kemi te drejte te rishikojme ose te ndryshojme paraqitjen dhe disajnin e kesaj faqe, pa ndonje njofim te meparshem. Ne nuk do te mbajme asnje lloj pergjegjesie per humbje ose deme te shkaktuara nga disajni apo pozicionimi i informacionit ne kete faqe.
3.3 Informacioni i perfshire dhe fotot qe do te publikohen ne kete faqe do te aprovohen nga Ne para se te publikohen.
4. Copyright.
Duke pranuar keto kushte Ju na keni dhene nje te drejte te ligjshme per perdorim te pakufizuar te fotografive te prones tuaj per te bere te mundur te reklamimin e akomodimit tuaj.
5. Hypertext Links.
Ne rezervojme te drejten te vendosim ose te refuzojme vendosjen e nje Links-i drejt nje faqe tjeter dhe ta heqim ate pa nje njoftim te meparshem.
6. Reviews/Pershtypje.
Cdo pershtypje qe do te vendoset ne lidhje me nje akomodim do te perbej pershtypjet e sinqerta te nje pushuesi i cili ka perdorur akomodimin ne fjale. Akomoduesi ka te drejte te informohet ne lidhje me nje pershtypje te publikuar ne faqe dhe te komunikoj me e –mail me postuesin.
7. Zevendesimi i akomodimit te reklamuar.
Akomodimi i reklamuar nuk mund te zevendesohet nga nje tjeter, pra akomoduesi nuk mund te ndryshoj akomodimin e reklamuar me nje tjeter. Nese akomoduesi perdor kete reklame per te promovuar nje akomodim tjeter, ne kemi te drejte te heqim reklamen e akomodimit menjeher. Ne kete raste tarifa e reklamimit nuk rimbursohet.
8. Reklamimi i me teper se nje akomodimi.
Cdo regjistrim/reklame i korespondon nje akomodimi dhe nuk mund te perdoret per te promovuar akomodime te tjere qofte dhe ne te njejtin destinacion, lloj akomodimi apo akomodues.
9. Afati i kontrates/reklames.
Pranimi i ketyre Kushteve perben lidhjen e nje kontrate te ligjshme midis Ju dhe TravelNet Sh.p.k. Kjo kontrate ka afat 1 (nje) vjetor dhe fillon ne momentin qe publikohet reklama.
Rinovimi i kesaj kontrate behet automatikishte nese palet nuk njoftojne me shkrim (post, e-mail.) per nderprejen e saj.
Kontrata mund te nderpritet dhe Reklama te hiqet nga faqet pas mbarimit te ketij afati, ne kete rate TravelNet nuk ka detyrimin te njoftoj akomoduesin.
Nese akomoduesi deshiron te nderpres pulikimin e reklames se akomodimit ne faqet tona para ose pas mbarimit te afatit, atehere ai duhet te njoftoj TravelNet me shkrim (post, e-mail). Ne keto raste nuk rimbursohet tarifa e reklamimit.
10. Nderprerja para kohe e kontrates/reklames.
Reklamat mund te hiqen parakohe nese thyhet nje nga kushtet e percaktuara ne kushtet e perdorimit te faqeve.
11. Kontrata/Reklama mund te nderpritet para kahe ne raste se dhe jo vetem:
11.1 Nese sipas gjykimit tone kjo reklame perdoret per veprimtari te cilat bien ne kundershtim me legjislacionin ne fuqi.
11.2 Nese akomoduesi ka ndaluar ose ka anulluar ne menyre te padrejte rezervimin e nje akomodimi te cilin TravelNet ka rezervuar ne menyre te rregullt e akomoduesi e ka pranuar ate.
11.3 Nese pushuesit i eshte ofruar nje akomodim i ndryshem nga ai i publikuar e i rezervuar.
11.4 Nese marim nje ankim ose vijme ne dijeni te faktit se akomoduesi nuk ka qene korrekt ne cfardo lloj trasanksioni financiar me pushuesin, perfshire dhe rastin kur akomoduesi ofron nje cmim me te larte se ai i publikuar.
11.5 Nese akomoduesi sillet ne menyre jokorekte ne lidhje me praktikat dhe kriteret e mardhenieve akomoduesópushues te industrise se turizmit.
11.6 Nese marrim nje ankese ose vijme ne dijeni te faktit se cilesia e akomodimit ose sherbimit te ofruar nuk eshte ai i publikuar.
Nese konkludojme, ne baze te gjykimit tone te arsyeshem, se ndonje nga keto shkelje ose fakte qendron, atehere reklama do te hiqet menjehere dhe pergjithmon nga Faqet tona dhe tarifa e abonimit nuk rimbursohet.
12. TVSH dhe taksat e tjera.
Ne tarifat e publikara ne kete faqe, jane perfshire TVSH(Tatimi mbi Vleren e Shtuar 20%) si dhe te gjitha taksat e tjera te aplikuara ne Republiken e Shqiperise.
Ne tarifat e publikuara perfshihen te gjitha tarifat per sherbimet e publikuara, ne raste se nuk percaktohet ndryshe ne kete faqe.
13. Sa kushton reklamimi ne faqet tona
Ne tarifat e akomodimeve te publikara ne keto faqe duhet te jen ne euro dhe ne to duhen perfshire TVSH(Tatimi mbi Vleren e Shtuar 20%) si dhe te gjitha taksat e tjera te aplikuara ne Republiken e Shqiperise.
Ne tarifat e publikuara perfshihen te gjitha tarifat per sherbimet e publikuara, ne raste se nuk percaktohet ndryshe ne kete faqe.
Termat e Kushtet e Garancise se Rezervimit
Duke perdorur faqet www.Shtepi-Pushimi.al ose www.AlbaniaHolidayHomes.com (ne vijim “faqet” ), te cilat jane ne pronesi te TravelNet Sh.p.k. (ne vijim “ne”) dhe per te perfituar nga benefitet e Garancise se Rezervimit (ne vijim "garancia") ju keni lexuar dhe keni pranuar keto Terma e Kushte te Garancise se Rezervimit (ne vijim "kushtet").
1. Te pergjithshme:
Ju perfitoni benefitet e garancise nese:
1.1. Keni gjetur dhe keni rezervuar nje akomodim te publikuar ne nje nga faqet tona.
1.2 Keni bere rezervimin e ketij akomodimi permjet programit te rezervimit te faqeve tona.
1.3 Keni bere pagesen e kaparit te rezervimit ne nje nga menyrat e pagesave te percaktuara ne kushtet e rezervimit.
1.4. Keni derguar shumen e sakte te kaparit te rezervimit duke perjashtuar shpenzimet e transfertave bankare.
1.5 Na keni njoftuar per problemin tuaj menjehere pas konstatit te problemit duke na dhene mundesine te perpiqemi te gjejme nje zgjidhje te mundshme.
1.6 Vetem rezervimet e kryera nepermjet programit te rezervimit te faqeve tona mbulohen nga kjo garanci.
1.7 Ne asnje rast rimbursimet e kryera bazuar ne kete garanci nuk mund te jene me te larta se kapari i rezervimit qe pretenduesi ka paguar para mberitjes ne akomodim.
2. Rastet qe mbulohen nga Garancia e Rezervimit.
Rastet e meposhteme mbulohen nga Garancia e Rezervimit:
2.1 Nese Ju keni bere nje rezervim nepermjet faqeve tona dhe me mbritejn tuaj ne akomodim rezulton se akomodimi nuk eshte i njejti ose nuk ofron te njejtat sherbime me ate qe eshte publikua dhe Ju keni rezervuar.
2.2 Nese Ju keni bere nje rezervim nepermjet faqeve tona dhe me mberitjen tuaj ne akomodim Ju konstatoni se akomodimi nuk eshte i lire ose pronari nuk pranon rezervimin tuaj, pa te drejte.
Nese nje nga keto raste plotesohet, atehere Ju do te asistoheni nga ne, pa kosto ekstra, per te gjetur nje akomodim te ngjashem me akomodimin qe Ju kishit rezervuar brenda mundesive tona objektive, dhe nese Ju keni paguar nje kapar rezervimi, ne do te kthejme vleren e plote te kaparit te rezervimit.
3.Shembuj te rasteve te cilat nuk mbulohen nga Garancia e Rezervimit.
Raste e meposhteme jane shembuj te rasteve te cilat nuk mbulohen nga garancia e rezervimit:
3.1 Nese Ju rezervoni nje akomodim te publikuar ne faqet tona duke kontaktuar direkt me pronarin ne numrat e telefonit te publikuara ne faqen e akomodimit ose me email direkt me pronarin, atehere Ju nuk e perfitoni kete garanci .
3.2 Nese ju nuk keni paguar kapar rezervimi perpara mbritjes ne akomodim ne nje nga format e percaktuara ne kushtet e rezervimit, atehere Ju nuk perfitoni kete garancine.
3.3 Ju nuk perfitoni garancine nese Ju nuk pranoni nje akomodim ne mberitje per shkak te vendodhjes se akomodimit.
3.4 Ju nuk perfitoni garancine e rezervimit nese nuk jeni te kenaqur me akomodimin e rezervuar pasi ai nuk i pershtatet kerkesave tuaja edhe pse akomodimi i ofron te gjitha sherbimet e publikuar. Pra nuk pranohen rastet “tani nuk me pelqen, nderova mendje”.
3.5 Nese pronari nuk e pranon rezervimim pasi Ju nuk jemi dakorte me Kushtet e akomodimit te publikuara, (p.sh. keni kafshe shtepieke me vete edhe pse ne kushte eshte percaktuar se kafshet nuk lejohen ne akomodim, etj.), ose Ju keni pretendime jashte rezervimit te percaktuar ne Vaucher (p.sh.paraqiteni ne akomodim me teper persona se sa eshte percaktuar ne vaucherin/kuponin e akomodimit, etj)
3.6 Nese Ju kanceloni nje rezervim, atehere Ju nuk perfitoni benefitet e garancise. Ne kete raste aplikohen kushtet e kancelimit te percaktuara ne paragrafin 6 te Kushteve te Rezervimit.
3.7 Nese Ju keni nje mosmarveshje me pronarin ne lidhje me tarifen e qerase se akomodimit ose pretendoni nje ulje cmimi perfshire dhe rastet kur Ju mberini me vonese ne akomodim ose largoheni parakohe nga akomodimi, atehere Ju nuk mund te pretendoni rimbursim nga TravelNet Sh.p.k..
3.8 Nese Ju nuk na njoftoni brenda 24 oreve nga momenti konstatimit te problemit, ne numrin e telefonit +355694073477 ose ne emailin contact@shtepi-pushimi.al, per problemin e konstatuar, atehere Ju nuk perfitoni benefitet e garancise.

4. Kerkesa per perfitimit e Garancise se Rezervimit.

Me dergimin e Kerkess per Garancine e Rezervimit ju jeni dakorte qe:
4.1 Nese ne permbushim pretendimet tuaja per per t’Ju rimbursuar kaparin e rezervimit, atehere pagesat do te kryhen ne llogarine bankare te personit qe ka bere rezervimin. Perfituesi do te mbuloj koston e transfertes bankare.
4.2 Nese ne permbushim pretendimin tuaj per t’Ju rimbursuar kaparin e rezervimit, atehere Ju jeni dakorte ta clironi TravelNet dhe bashkepuntoret e saj nga cdo pretendim Juaj qe ka lindur ose ka lidhje me evente para dates se rimbursimit.
5. Procedura e perfitimit te Garancise se Rezervimit
5.1 Njoftoni TravelNet Sh.p.k
Ju duhet te na njoftoni brenda 24 oreve ne telefonin +355 694073477 ose me meail ne contact@shtepi-pushimi.al, nga momenti qe Ju konstatoni se ekziston nje problem i cili kerkon nderhyrjen ton ose aktivizimin e kesaj garancie.
5.2Dergoni kerkesen per rimbursim sic percaktohet ne piken 4 te ketyre kushteve.
5.3Dokumentoni rezervimin tuaj.
Ju duhet te dokumentoni dhe te na informoni ne lidhje me detajet e rezervimit tuaj, si nje kopje te Kuponi te Akomodimit (voucherit), emrin e mbiemrin tuaj (te rezervuezit) si dhe cdo informacion tjeter qe mund te kerkohet nga ne, perfshire dhe kopje te dokumentacionit qe mund te nevojitet per kete qellim.
5.4 Dokumentoni pagesa e kryera.
Nese kerkoni kthimin e kaparit te rezervimit, atehere Ju duhet te na dergoni kopje te dokumentacionit per pagesat e kryera per kaparin e rezervimit.
6. Na ndihmoni, qe t’Ju ndihmojme.
Nese Ju doni te perfitoni Garancine e Rezervimit, atehere Ju jeni dakorte te na jepni cdo informacion ose dokumentacion qe ne mund t’Ju kerkojme brenda afateve kohore te percaktuar ne keto kushte, per te mbeshtetur kerkesen tuaj per rimbursim. Nese Ju doni te perfitoni benefitet e garancise, atehere Ju keni rene dakort te bashkepunoni me ne per te plotesuar e ndjekur proceduren perkatese. Te gjitha kerkesat per perdorim te garancise se rezervimit do te kancelohen automatikishte nese pretenduesi nuk i pergjigjet kerkesave tona ose nuk arrin te dergoj nje dokumentacion te kerkuar brenda 10 diteve nga parashtrimi i kerkeses sone me shkrim (post ose email).
7. Afatet e Rimbursimit.
Procesi i rimbursimit te pretendimeve tuaj do te zgjase jo me teper se 30 dite. Nese TravelNet bie dakorte te kryej rimbursimin e kaparit te rezervimit, atehere ai do te kryhet brenda 10 diteve nga data qe ne kemi miratuar rimbursimin e pretendimeve.
Cdo rimbursim do te kryhet ne llogarine bankare te personit qe ka bere rezervimin. Perfituesi do te paguaj shpenzimet e transfertes bankare.
Keto Terma e Kushte te Garancise se Rezervimit aplikohen qe prej Shtatorit 2010.
General Terms and Conditions
By using or accessing www.AlbaniaHolidayHomes.com or www.shtepi-pushimi.al (the "Sites"), you acknowledge that you are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions, Reservation Terms and Conditions, Reservation Guarantee Conditions (the "Conditions"). 1. WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY RENTAL TRANSACTION.
We do not own nor can we enter into any contract concerning any property listed on the Site. Instead, the Site acts as a venue to allow home owners or real estate agent (each, a "member") to offer for rent, or rent, in a variety of pricing formats, a specific holiday rental property to potential renters (each, a "user").
We are not involved in the actual transaction between users and members even though we may from time to time provide tools, such as direct booking, that enable a user to enter into a transaction to lease a specific property directly from the member of that property.
As a result, the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings (including the content thereof or any property or guest book review), the ability of members to rent holiday property or the ability of users to pay for holiday rental properties are solely the responsibility of the users and members.
By using this Site, you acknowledge that the published information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
2. Personal Use.
We do not charge users to access the Sites and research listings. Accordingly, we grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Sites to, as applicable, view or make legitimate enquiries regarding their interest in particular holiday rental properties for their personal use, all in accordance with these Conditions.
Any other use of the Sites is expressly prohibited. Importantly, this license does not include any right of copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Sites, without our prior written permission.
3. Proprietary Rights and Downloading of Information from the Site.
The text, files, images, photos, maps and other materials on the Sites (collectively, the "content") are only for your personal use. All content on the Sites, and the Sites itself, is protected by copyright and database rights. Copying or storing of any content for other than for your personal non commercial use is not allowed. For your own personal, non commercial use and not for further distribution, you may download, display, and/or print one (1) copy of any portion of the Sites.

Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, indecent, inflammatory, sexually explicit, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
4.5. Post or transmit any information that constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact;
4.6. If you are aware of or experience any content, activity or communication through or in connection with the Site that appears to be in violation of the above, or in violation of any other provision of these Terms, we ask that you please inform us of any such violation by sending an email to contact@albaniaholidayhomes.com .
5. Changes to Sites; Unavailability of Sites.
5.1. We have no duty to pre-screen content posted on the Site by members, travellers or other users (including, without limitation, reviews of or guest book entries for any particular rental property), (collectively, "user-contributed content"), and we are not responsible for user-contributed content. We do, however, reserve the right to decline to permit the posting on the Site of, or to remove from, any user-contributed content that fails to meet our content requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability.
In no event will we, the Sites, our directors and/or employees be liable for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on, or resulting from our Sites, these Conditions, your use of the Sites and/or any transaction between users and members, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations and exclusions apply without regard to whether the damages arise from (1) breach of contract, (2) breach of warranty, (3) strict liability, (4) tort, (5) negligence, or (6) any other cause of action, to the maximum extent such exclusion and limitations are not prohibited by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, you do not agree with any part of these Conditions, then your sole and exclusive remedy against us is to discontinue using the Site.
